The Print Sharpening Class
Effective sharpening is the difference between nice prints and amazing prints. If you are one of those people who say …
- "I export for print from Lightroom, and my prints are great"
- "I have a sharpening action, and my prints are great"
- "I’ve never resized my files for printing, and my prints are great"
… alas, you are mistaken. You only think they’re great, because you’ve never seen how much better they can be. Once you’ve seen truly sharp prints, you’ll cringe at the blandness of your old prints.

Testimonials
Thanks D! Loved the class, feeling empowered to make great prints. Can’t believe the difference between my sharpened test prints and the unsharpened ones I had printed at the same time. Mind blown.
- Michelle, Utah.
Ok, Damien, you’ve sold me. I was reaaaaaaaaally skeptical of your methods after I had to add a ridiculous amount of luminance to some photos in order to eradicate every single speck of noise before sharpening. They looked SO hideous and soft and mushy on screen I just couldn’t imagine that they were going to print well at all. But I stuck to your numbers and sharpened them and put in my order. I just received them today and they. look. INCREDIBLE. The skin texture that looked like plastic on screen is perfect after the slight sharpening noise and the very subtle texture of the print. And even after adding up to +70 luminance to some of them they are actually sharper and more detailed than previous photos I had printed unsharpened. I’m blown away. I’ve been staring at these for like 10 minutes because they’re just so stunning.
- Marny, Alberta.

Thank you thank you Damien! Not my best photo, but the largest one I have ever sold. The client loves it and I have you to thank for saving me from completely embarrassing myself on how to prepare a print this large. The class was worth every penny.

- Sam, Queensland.
Super happy client with her beautiful 20×30 canvas. It will be the first thing people see when they come into the house. She was amazed because her other photographers canvases are fuzzy, and lack any depth. THANKS SO MUCH! This class has helped me a ton!
- Lizzy, Idaho.

I’m blown away with how much I’ve learned. I can’t believe I was producing prints for people with such a lack of knowledge. I’ve always been uncomfortable with sharpening for print and I wished I had someone to teach me to do it properly… MY WISH CAME TRUE! If you find yourself questioning your ability (which if you haven’t taken this class I am pretty confident you aren’t doing it correctly) you need to take this class. Its worth every single penny! Thanks Damien for sharing your knowledge.
