"The first time I ordered an acrylic block it arrived with the print slightly coming off of the back. I reached out and within an hour the progress bar showed that another one had been produced and was shipped out to me the same day. I received the replacement the next day. THIS impressed me after my horrid experience with Miller's lab. The metal prints are just to swoon over. Great pricing and lovely products."
