"They are extremely helpful with all kinds of printing. If they have a problem, or are unable to understand your instructions, they will call to clarify before sending to print. If you have your own questions or need help optimizing your print, they have no problem answering or helping with anything. Several times they have helped me to avoid issues with prints I would have regretted! Very friendly and helpful, and the products have been flawless."
