"Prints very magenta. Press colors are better, but not as nice as Prodpi. Their matte finish wrap is very high end and nice quality. Their albums are also nice, but the dots are bigger as they are on their other press products, which is why I prefer Prodpi press items."

"The photos are reliable and good quality and dead on (even though I’ve never calibrated *shame* I know) I’ve had a good turn around time for receiving orders even when we lived in Guam and Hawaii. I’ve only had one issue with a print mistake and they were quick to help me fix it (even though it was my fault). Overall you get what you pay for and they are pricier but I love the quality and service I have received from them."

"I really like WHCC. I calibrate to my test prints and have been happy with the results. Consistently good quality and consistent speed. For me, the prints come the second to third business day after I order them. The metals take I believe one extra day. I am always so excited about my products that they could not get them here fast enough, but I appreciate the consistency and feel that is a fair turnaround time. Additionally, every representative I have dealt with has been very helpful and answered all my questions. I do recommend speaking with someone if you’re going to order a new product, just to be sure you know what you’re getting into (eg metals with faces – probably want white base, metals block up more on b/w so bring up the shadows)."

"I’ve just decided to no longer use WHCC for any products. I’m calibrated (so it’s not on my side), and my print colors are continuously skewed to magentas. The colors are just "off". WHCC is always good to offer a discount to reprint, but I just want my stuff to print as I see it. Going to Millers and ProDPI."

"Their customer service is great. They are always kind and quick to fix any problems. Prints: True to color. They do not add additional sharpening. Canvas: High quality, on the more expensive end. Press: My only pet peeve is that press is too magenta. They will fix color for me if I call (great customer service) but it is a common issue. My clients don’t notice, but it bugs me."

"I have used WHCC exclusively for 8 years now. Wonderful products always spot on for calibration and truly love their matte Fuji paper for black and whites. Their customer service is top!!! I have had to contact them a couple of times and their email response time is usually about an hour at most. Calling them you always talk with a human."

"I am completely happy with WHCC . Their prints match my calibrated monitor perfectly and the quality of the paper is excellent. Each package arrives with a piece of candy and a business card with the name of the person who prepared your package. Their shipping speed is not super fast but I think you can pay extra to expedite the process, though I have never had a reason to do that."
