"I cannot say enough good about this lab……the 4 star is for slow delivery during seasonal which is to be expected and not noticing when I say do not die cut wallets…lately they have provided a slot to put it in though where they can see it good, so they got it at my last order. They always go to the end of the earth to listen to us, they have great premium packaging for under $8 and always send a sucker in the box for my kid(s)..so when I have two shipments – one for each. They always get so excited about shipments from WHCC."

"For their prints, they tend to come back a little greener than the calibrator sets the monitor. Adding a touch (usually 4-6) of magenta solves it. Their metal prints are spot on with color (the metal bracket mounts are pretty good. Haven’t tried other mounts). They have very nice frames. The cheaper ones are very light weight, but the mid level priced ones are well received by our clients and feel very substantial. Their soft touch matte press paper is beautiful once you get the colors right (it really saturates the colors). We will occasionally get a bad trim of a mounted print or a press printed good that is way off, but they will bend over backward to make it right. The standard 2 day shipping is nice. Their new volume sports/school picture program is ok. That’s where we have had the most errors (though they are only a year into having this offering)."

"Their customer service is great. They are always kind and quick to fix any problems. Prints: True to color. They do not add additional sharpening. Canvas: High quality, on the more expensive end. Press: My only pet peeve is that press is too magenta. They will fix color for me if I call (great customer service) but it is a common issue. My clients don’t notice, but it bugs me."

"Prints very magenta. Press colors are better, but not as nice as Prodpi. Their matte finish wrap is very high end and nice quality. Their albums are also nice, but the dots are bigger as they are on their other press products, which is why I prefer Prodpi press items."

"The photos are reliable and good quality and dead on (even though I’ve never calibrated *shame* I know) I’ve had a good turn around time for receiving orders even when we lived in Guam and Hawaii. I’ve only had one issue with a print mistake and they were quick to help me fix it (even though it was my fault). Overall you get what you pay for and they are pricier but I love the quality and service I have received from them."

"I have used WHCC exclusively for 8 years now. Wonderful products always spot on for calibration and truly love their matte Fuji paper for black and whites. Their customer service is top!!! I have had to contact them a couple of times and their email response time is usually about an hour at most. Calling them you always talk with a human."

"I am completely happy with WHCC . Their prints match my calibrated monitor perfectly and the quality of the paper is excellent. Each package arrives with a piece of candy and a business card with the name of the person who prepared your package. Their shipping speed is not super fast but I think you can pay extra to expedite the process, though I have never had a reason to do that."
